For domestic orders, WerkShoppe accepts returns of unopened products purchased from our website werkshoppe.com within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Any shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded. Products must be returned in the original packaging, including an unopened inner polybag, and have no visible signs of wear or use. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time for your refund to be applied once we have received your returned product(s).
WerkShoppe does not offer exchanges or credit at this time.
WerkShoppe calculates shipping costs during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the item(s) being ordered. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard pacific time work hours, except on national holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

For shipping, please allow an extra few days as COVID-19 has caused nationwide delays.
On occasion, WerkShoppe will offer special shipping for packages being delivered within the contiguous United States. These specials will be automatically applied when your cart meets the required specifications.
