WerkShoppe calculates shipping costs during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the item(s) being ordered. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase.
On occasion, WerkShoppe will offer special shipping for packages being delivered within the contiguous United States. If you cannot receive packages from USPS, this may affect your ability to take advantage of these promotions.
All orders ship from Indianapolis, IN. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard eastern standard time work hours, except on national holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Every effort is made to dispatch your order from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. If you require your order sooner, please reach out to email@example.com and we’ll do our best to get your product on the way.
For shipping, please allow an extra few days as COVID-19 has caused nationwide delays.
Out Of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address before the order has been processed and dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
WerkShoppe will ship to P.O. box addresses using USPS only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
WerkShoppe can only ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
International Orders and Shipping
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to arrange shipping and advise cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, WerkShoppe is unable to replace lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Additional shipping fees may apply for bulk orders.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
For domestic orders, WerkShoppe accepts returns of unopened products purchased from our website werkshoppe.com within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Final sale items can not be returned.
Any shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded. Products must be returned in the original packaging, including an unopened inner polybag, and have no visible signs of wear or use. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time for your refund to be applied once we have received your returned product(s).
WerkShoppe does not offer exchanges or credit at this time.
To notify us of your return and receive a return authorization number (RA#) to include with your returned product, please contact email@example.com and provide the email address used to place your order and your order number. We will send you a RA# which you need to write on the outside of the box being returned. Any returns received without a corresponding RA# may be subject to delayed or unprocessed returns.
If you receive an item in error, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make every effort to promptly correct the issue for you.
If your return is over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only a regular-priced item is eligible to be returned or its purchase refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email along with an approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, less the cost of shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace defective or damaged items that are not as a result of shipping. If a puzzle piece or pieces are missing or damaged, please email us a photo of the completed puzzle with the location of the damaged piece(s) notated to email@example.com. We will be in touch with you directly.
