Thank you for taking the time to send us all the information. We will do our best to send your missing piece on its way as soon as we can.

A few things to note about this process:

We respond to your reach outs as quickly as we can, but not on weekends, so please be patient.

It can take up to 2 weeks for us to see if we are able to find missing pieces.

• If you bought or were gifted a puzzle longer than 60 days ago, we may not be able to replace your missing piece.

• There can very well be variations in color, shape or size of puzzle pieces as each production run yields these variances.

• Replacement pieces are shipped via USPS, please allow up to two weeks for delivery before contacting us.
