They even put a piece of wrapping paper around the cylinder. For a minute I thought we had received the wrong puzzle because the paper was a beautiful graphic. Don't think my daughter has put the puzzle together yet but I know it'll be a tough one. She asked for it!

I am not normally a puzzle person, couldn’t find one I liked enough. I love these puzzles because the puzzles are made from recycled material, the picture is printed with soy inks, and some of my purchase helps support art programs. The designs are amazing. This puzzle has so many textures, it is beautiful!

Out Of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
Tracking Notifications

Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address before the order has been processed and dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
WerkShoppe will ship to P.O. box addresses using USPS only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
WerkShoppe can only ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
International Orders and Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, WerkShoppe is unable to replace lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns

To notify us of your return and receive a return authorization number (RA#) to include with your returned product, please contact hello@werkshoppe.comand provide the email address used to place your order and your order number. We will send you a RA# which you need to write on the outside of the box being returned. Any returns received without a corresponding RA# may be subject to delayed or unprocessed returns.
If you receive an item in error, please reach out to hello@werkshoppe.comand we will make every effort to promptly correct the issue for you.
If your return is over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items
Only a regular-priced item is eligible to be returned or its purchase refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email along with an approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, less the cost of shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Replacements
We only replace defective or damaged items that are not as a result of shipping. If a puzzle piece or pieces are missing or damaged, please email us a photo of the completed puzzle with the location of the damaged piece(s) notated to hello@werkshoppe.com. We will be in touch with you directly.
