Hope Olson is a painter and mixed-media artist based in Holland, Michigan. She creates original acrylic paintings that are colorful and folksy, usually themed around the coziness and charm of every-day objects and an old-fashioned way of life.  The compositions and colors of Hope's abstracted still life and landscape paintings are inspired by her long-held affection for interior decorating, old country villages, and early 20th century art.
