This is the second WerkShoppe puzzle I've completed, and I LOVE the quality! Also love the cut design—big fan of the "batman" shapes and hope they don't ever change it. This Road Trip puzzle is even more gorgeous than the posters included. Image reproduction is fantastic. The only thing I'd change is maybe have the pieces fit a bit more snugly so it's easier to move chunks around. But it's a small nitpick, and I've got at least 4 more WerkShoppe puzzles waiting in my stash (and am planning to buy more!).

I am a jigsaw puzzle addict. This goes way beyond the pandemic. Through doing so many different puzzles I have become slightly snobby about the puzzles I choose. I believe this puzzle is close to perfect. 1. The art is amazing, beautiful, colorful, and fun. 2. The pieces are sturdy. They lock together pretty well (still would love a little more snap - but that nitpicking)3. The colors printed on the puzzle are vibrant and beautiful. 4. This seems like a small thing but it is a HUGE thing…..TWO PRINT OUTS!! It makes life so much easier when puzzling with your friends!!! THANK YOU!!!5. This design in particular was extremely fun to put together because of the patches of patterns. It was also a great puzzle to use to get my kids to help me!6. The packaging is awesome and makes storage easy.

Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address before the order has been processed and dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
WerkShoppe will ship to P.O. box addresses using USPS only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
WerkShoppe can only ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
International Orders and Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, WerkShoppe is unable to replace lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Additional shipping fees may apply for bulk orders.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns

To notify us of your return and receive a return authorization number (RA#) to include with your returned product, please contact hello@werkshoppe.comand provide the email address used to place your order and your order number. We will send you a RA# which you need to write on the outside of the box being returned. Any returns received without a corresponding RA# may be subject to delayed or unprocessed returns.
If you receive an item in error, please reach out to hello@werkshoppe.comand we will make every effort to promptly correct the issue for you.
If your return is over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items
Only a regular-priced item is eligible to be returned or its purchase refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email along with an approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, less the cost of shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Replacements
We only replace defective or damaged items that are not as a result of shipping. If a puzzle piece or pieces are missing or damaged, please email us a photo of the completed puzzle with the location of the damaged piece(s) notated to hello@werkshoppe.com. We will be in touch with you directly.
